About A8Z
What is A8Z?
A8Z is an outbound-as-a-service agency for B2B technology companies. We book qualified sales meetings with technical buyers through end-to-end outbound: signal-based prospecting, social listening, personalized email, LinkedIn and cold calling. We also pre-book meetings for vendors attending conferences like RSAC, AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite, KubeCon and Google Cloud Next.
Who founded A8Z?
A8Z was founded by Or Alperovitch, a former B2B SaaS seller to technical buyers. Read more about Or.
Where is A8Z based and which markets do you cover?
A8Z is based in Israel. We work with B2B tech companies in Israel, the US and Europe, and book meetings with buyers in the US and Europe.
What kind of companies does A8Z work with?
B2B tech companies selling to technical or security buyers, mainly in cloud, cloud software, DevOps, data and cybersecurity. Typical clients are founders and CEOs at 10-50 employee companies, and CROs, VP Sales and Heads of Sales at 10-200 employee companies. For conference meeting booking we work with vendors of up to about 1,000 employees.
Who is A8Z not a good fit for?
Companies that want mass automation, measure success by emails sent, or want a quick hack. We run smaller, researched campaigns built for meeting quality.
Outbound as a service
What is outbound as a service?
Outbound as a service means an outside team runs your outbound prospecting for you: ICP definition, prospecting with buying signals and social listening, cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling, reply handling and meeting booking. It is also called done-for-you outbound or outsourced SDR. How A8Z does it.
How is A8Z different from other outbound agencies?
Most agencies compete on volume. We compete on relevance: smaller researched lists, several messaging angles per persona, messages written for technical buyers, and replies handled by a person who understands your product.
Which channels does A8Z use?
Cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling, coordinated in one sequence. Prospects are found and prioritized with buying signals and social listening.
Will outbound hurt our domain reputation?
No. We send from separate, warmed-up domains and mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, and we keep volumes within Google and Microsoft limits. Your main domain is never used for cold outreach.
How soon will we see meetings?
Outreach usually goes live in week three, after infrastructure warm-up and message approval. First meetings typically follow in the weeks after launch, depending on your market and offer.
Is an outbound agency better than hiring an in-house SDR?
It depends on your stage. An agency is usually faster to start and cheaper to test with; an in-house SDR makes sense once you have a proven playbook to scale. Full comparison.
Conference meeting booking
What is conference meeting booking?
Pre-event outreach that schedules sales meetings for you at a conference or trade show before it starts. A8Z finds relevant attendees and target accounts, contacts them 4-6 weeks before the event, and books meetings at your booth, a side event or nearby. How it works.
Which conferences do you book meetings for?
Mainly large cloud and cybersecurity conferences in the US and Europe, such as RSAC, KubeCon + CloudNativeCon, Google Cloud Next, AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite, AWS Summits, Google Cloud Summits and Web Summit. The same process works for any large B2B tech event.
How early should we start before a conference?
6-8 weeks before the event. That leaves 1-2 weeks for list building and 4-6 weeks of outreach before attendees' calendars fill up.
Do we need a booth to get meetings at a conference?
No. We book meetings at side events, hotel lobbies and cafes near the venue, or at the prospect's own booth.
Working together
How much does A8Z cost?
Pricing depends on scope: the number of target accounts and personas, channels, and whether it's an ongoing outbound program or a single conference. After a 30-minute call we send a fixed proposal. Book a call.
Do we approve messages before they're sent?
Yes. You review and approve the sequences before launch.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-minute call. We'll look at your current outbound or your next event, and show you a sample sequence for one of your target accounts.
