These terms govern your use of the a8z.biz website and the consulting and agency services offered from it. Please read them carefully. By using the site you agree to be bound by them.

We respect your privacy and do not train AI models on your data. Your statutory consumer rights always apply and are not reduced by anything you read here.

This website is operated by Or Alperovitch, an Israeli sole proprietor (עוסק מורשה), trading as "A8Z". In these terms, "A8Z", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that business. "You" means the person accessing the site.

By continuing to browse, contact us, request a consultation, or otherwise use a8z.biz, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

3. What We Do — and Don't Do

A8Z provides consulting and agency services. Information on this website is for general information only. It is not professional or legal advice, and using the site does not create any advisor–client relationship. Always check material decisions with a qualified professional.

4. Using the Site Responsibly

When using a8z.biz, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights (including privacy, data-protection, and intellectual-property rights)
  • Upload or transmit material that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or malicious (for example, malware)
  • Probe, scan or attempt to breach the site's security, or access accounts that aren't yours
  • Scrape, copy or reuse the content of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission

We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it breaches these terms or the law.

5. Your Content and Your Data

If we provide paid consulting services to you, the specific terms of our engagement will be recorded in a separate written engagement letter.

The site — including its design, text, graphics, logos and software — is owned by A8Z or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view it for your own information and share links to public pages. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party resources. Those are provided for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

8. No Warranties; Limits on Liability

The site and any free features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A8Z disclaims all implied warranties and does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A8Z will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

10. Consumer Rights (Israel)

Nothing in these terms reduces rights you have as a consumer under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 or the Israeli Standard Contracts Law 5743-1982. Israeli consumers typically have a 14-day cancellation right for paid online services; to exercise that right, please contact us at or@a8z.biz.

11. Governing Law and Courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you, the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
